【摘要】:ThispartofISO3386specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthecompressionstress-straincharacteristicsofflexiblecellularpolymericmaterialsofdensitygreaterthan250kg/m3.Thecompressionstress-straincharacteristicisameasureoftheload-bearingpropertiesofthematerial,thoughnotnecessarilyofitscapacitytosustainalong-termload.Thecompressionstress-straincharacteristicdiffersfromtheindentationhardnesscharacteristics(asdeterminedinaccordancewithISO2439)whichareknowntobeinfluencedbythethicknessandthetensilepropertiesoftheflexiblecellularmaterialundertest,theshapeofthecompressionplate,andtheshapeandsizeofthetestpiece.ISO3386-1specifiesamethodforlow-densityflexiblematerials,anddiffersfromPart2inthefollowingways:-Part1isconcernedwithmaterialsofdensityupto250kg/m3,whilstPart2ismainlyconcernedwithmaterialsofdensityabove250kg/m3;-compressionstressvalueshavebeendeletedfromPart2;-Part2doesnotallowtheuseofacylindricaltestpiece.ThispartofISO3386isageneralmethodfortestingdenserflexiblecellularmaterials(i.e.expandedcellularrubbers),measurementsbeingmadeononeofmorepointsonthesteeplyrisingpartofthestress-straincurve.Theshapefactorofthetestpieceisimportantandcomparativetestresultscanonlybeobtainedontestpieceshavingthesameshapefactor.
