【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400dealswithsafetyphilosophy,qualityassurance,andengineeringintegrityandspecifiesrequirementsforthesafetyofSmallWindTurbines(SWTs)includingdesign,installation,maintenanceandoperationunderspecifiedexternalconditions.Itspurposeistoprovidetheappropriatelevelofprotectionagainstdamagefromhazardsfromthesesystemsduringtheirplannedlifetime.ThispartofIEC61400isconcernedwithallsubsystemsofSWTsuchasprotectionmechanisms,internalelectricalsystems,mechanicalsystems,supportstructures,foundationsandtheelectricalinterconnectionwiththeload.WhilethispartofIEC61400issimilartoIEC61400-1,itdoessimplifyandmakesignificantchangesinordertobeapplicabletosmallturbines.ThispartofIEC61400appliestowindturbineswitharotorsweptareasmallerthan200m2,generatingatavoltagebelow1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.ThispartofIEC61400shouldbeusedtogetherwiththeappropriateIECandISOstandards(seeClause2).
