【摘要】:Thecorrosionpotentialofanaluminumalloydependsupontheamountsofcertainalloyingelementsthatthealloycontainsinsolidsolution.Copperandzinc,whicharetwoofthemajoralloyingelementsforaluminum,havethegreatesteffectwithcoppershiftingthepotentialinthenobleorpositivedirection,andzincintheactiveornegativedirection.Forexample,commerciallyunalloyedaluminum(1100alloy)hasapotentialofx2212;750mVwhenmeasuredinaccordancewiththispractice,2024x2013;T3alloywithnearlyallofitsnominal4.3%copperinsolidsolution,apotentialofx2212;600tox2212;620mV(Note2),and7072alloywithnearlyallofitsnominal1.0%zincinsolidsolution,apotentialofx2212;885mV(SCE)(1-3).Note28212;Thepotentialdependsupontherateofquenching.Becauseitreflectstheamountofcertainalloyingelementsinsolidsolution,thecorrosionpotentialisausefultoolforcharacterizingthemetallurgicalconditionofaluminumalloys,especiallythoseofthe2XXXand7XXXtypes,whichcontaincopperandzincasmajoralloyingelements.Itsusesincludethedeterminationoftheeffectivenessofsolutionheattreatmentandannealing(1),oftheextentofprecipitationduringartificialaging(4)andwelding(5),andoftheextentofdiffusionofalloyingelementsfromthecoreintothecladdingofalcladproducts(2).1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureformeasurementofthecorrosionpotential(seeNote1)ofanaluminumalloyinanaqueoussolutionofsodiumchloridewithenoughhydrogenperoxideaddedtoprovideanamplesupplyofcathodicreactant.Note18212;Thecorrosionpotentialissometimesreferredtoastheopen-circuitsolutionorrestpotential.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Vaporpressureisanimportantphysicalpropertyofvolatileliquids.Vaporpressureiscriticallyimportantforbothautomotiveandaviationgasolines,affectingstarting,warm-up,andtendencytovaporlockwithhighoperatingtemperaturesorhighaltitudes.Maximumvaporpressurelimitsforgasolinearelegallymandatedinsomeareasasameasureofairpollutioncontrol.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforthedeterminationoftotalvaporpressureofpetroleumproductsusingautomaticvaporpressureinstruments.Thetestmethodissuitablefortestingsampleswithboilingpointsabove0x00B0;C(32x00B0;F)thatexertavaporpressurebetween7and110kPa(1.0and16psi)at37.8x00B0;C(100x00B0;F)atavapor-to-liquidratioof4:1.Thetestmethodisapplicabletogasolinescontainingoxygenates.Noaccountismadeofdissolvedwaterinthesample.Note18212;Becausetheexternalatmosphericpressuredoesnotinfluencetheresultantvaporpressure,thisvaporpressureisanabsolutepressureat37.8x00B0;C(100x00B0;F)inkPa(psi).Thisvaporpressurediffersfromthetruevaporpressureofthesampleduetosomesmallvaporizationofthesampleanddissolvedairintotheairoftheconfinedspace.1.1.1Somegasoline-oxygenateblendsmayshowahazewhencooledto0to1x00B0;C.Ifahazeisobservedin8.5,itshallbeindicatedinthereportingofresults.Theprecisionandbiasstatementsforhazysampleshavenotbeendetermined(seeNote6).1.2ThistestmethodisamodificationofTestMethodD5191(MiniMethod)inwhichthetestchamberisatatmosphericpressurepriortosampleinjection.1.3Thistestmethodcoverstheuseofautomatedvaporpressureinstrumentsthatperformmeasurementsonliquidsamplesizesintherangefrom1to10mL.1.4Thistestmethodissuitableforthedeterminationofthedryvaporpressureequivalent(DVPE)ofgasolineandgasoline-oxygenateblendsbymeansofacorrelationequation(see13.2).ThecalculatedDVPEisconsideredequivalenttotheresultobtainedonthesamematerialwhentestedbyTestMethodD4953.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Forspecificwarningstatements,see7.2through7.7.)
