【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoreplaceablelamps(filamentlampsanddischargelamps)tobeusedinheadlamps,fog-lampsandsignallinglampsforroadvehicles.Itisespeciallyapplicabletothoselampswhicharethesubjectoflegislation.Inparticular,itincludesthelampscontainedinRegulationsl)No.37andNo.99oftheGenevaAgreementof20March1958oftheUnitedNationsEconomicCommissionforEurope(ECE).However,thestandardmaybeusedforotherlampsfallingunderthescopeofthisstandard.Thestandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementswithmethodsoftestsandbasicinterchangeability(dimensional,electricalandluminous)forlampsofnormalproductionandforstandard(étalon)lamps.Formostoftherequirementsgiveninthisstandardreferenceismadetothe"relevantdatasheet".ForalllampslistedinClause5,datasheetsarecontainedinthisstandard.Forotherlampstherelevantdataaresuppliedbythelampmanufacturerorresponsiblevendor.Itcouldbebasedonnationallegislation.Otherrequirementssuchaslamplife,lumenmaintenance,torsionstrengthandresistancetovibrationandshockarespecifiedinIEC60810.Thelatterstandardalsogivesinformationforguidanceoflightingequipmentdesign,suchastemperaturelimitsandmaximumlampoutlines.RoadvehiclelampsforsupplementarypurposeswhicharenotthesubjectoflegislationarespecifiedinIEC60983.Incountrieswhichlegislateforapproval,forexampleunderthetermsoftheaforementionedECERegulations,itissuggestedthatreferenceismadetothisstandardforassessmentofcompliance.IEC60810andIEC60983arenotintendedforthatpurpose.
