【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60068demonstratestheadequacyofspecimenstoresistdynamicloadswithoutunacceptabledegradationofitsfunctionaland/orstructuralintegritywhensubjectedtothespecifiedrandomvibrationtestrequirements.Broadbandrandomvibrationmaybeusedtoidentifyaccumulatedstresseffectsandtheresultingmechanicalweaknessanddegradationinthespecifiedperformance.Thisinformation,inconjunctionwiththerelevantspecification,maybeusedtoassesstheacceptabilityofspecimens.Thisstandardisapplicabletospecimenswhichmaybesubjectedtovibrationofastochasticnatureresultingfromtransportationoroperationalenvironments,forexampleinaircraft,spacevehiclesandlandvehicles.Itisprimarilyintendedforunpackagedspecimens,andforitemsintheirtransportationcontainerwhenthelattermaybeconsideredaspartofthespecimenitself.However,iftheitemispackaged,thentheitemitselfisreferredtoasaproductandtheitemanditspackagingtogetherarereferredtoasatestspecimen.ThisstandardmaybeusedinconjunctionwithIEC60068-2-47:2005,fortestingpackagedproducts.Ifthespecimensaresubjectedtovibrationofacombinationofrandomanddeterministicnatureresultingfromtransportationorreallifeenvironments,forexampleinaircraft,spacevehiclesandforitemsintheirtransportationcontainer,testingwithpurerandommaynotbesufficient.SeeIEC60068-3-8:2003forestimatingthedynamicvibrationenvironmentofthespecimenandbasedonthat,selectingtheappropriatetestmethod.Althoughprimarilyintendedforelectrotechnicalspecimens,thisstandardisnotrestrictedtothemandmaybeusedinotherfieldswheredesired(seeAnnexA).
