【摘要】:TheobjectiveofthisstandardistoprovideaninitialsetofrequirementsforpreferentialtelecommunicationswithinIPCablecomnetworks.AspectsofpreferentialtelecommunicationsincludeprovisionsforAuthenticationandPriority(SpecialHandling).Theserequirementsdonotapplytoordinaryemergencycallssuchaspeoplecallingpolice,firedepartment,ambulance,etc.Thisstandarddefinesrequirementsforcapabilitieswhichwhenimplementedshouldhelpsupportemergencytelecommunicationservices.Note:Pre-emptionrequirementsandauthorizationrequirementsareoutsidethescopeofthisstandardandareconsideredtobenationalmatters.
